Office Hours

     Our office is open each weekday morning, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. We close for the lunch break and reopen at 1:30 p.m. each day with the exception of Thursdays when we are closed in the afternoon.

Policy on Referrals and Appointments

     Appointments can be made by calling our clinic during office hours. Referrals to my practice are not required. If, in providing care, it is necessary to refer you to a specialist we will make those arrangements after talking with you.

Use of Insurance

     We file most insurances and will assist as necessary for you to optimize your coverage. Please call us to coordinate your insurance service and confirm that we are a participating providers for your carrier.

Prescription Refills

     Please call our office during regular hours for refill information. Due to legal restrictions we cannot refill medicines for people who are not established patients.

Emergency Coverage

     Our office has 24 hour emergency coverage. To contact us after regular hours please call the office and follow the phone instructions.

Hospital Care

     Dr. Rose provides inpatient medical care for all patient ages from newborn nursery to geriatrics including intensive care services.

     He is on the medical staff at Covenant Medical Center, Covenant Lakeside, Covenant Children's Hospital, University Medical Center, and Highland Medical Center.
